Our AC "direct plug-in" electric torque screwdrivers are ergonomically designed and come in a variety of torque ranges from .2 to 50 in/lbs with a standard deviation of (+/- 3%) of the set torque. The screwdrivers are offered with both push and lever start features with either full automatic or slip clutches. Push to Start Electric Screwdrivers (ED Series)

The ED series is a full automatic shut-off clutch, push to start screwdriver that is ideal for assembly applications requiring precise, repeatable torque. The clutch on this screwdriver shuts the screwdriver off once the easy to set torque value is reached. Common usages for these screwdrivers are assembly applications that require precision, repeatable torque.

Lever Start Electric Screwdrivers (ES Series)

The ES series is a slip/cushion clutch, lever start cost effective screwdriver that is ideal for many assembly applications. The slip/cushion clutch slips once the preset torque is reached. Common usages for these screwdrivers are tapping screws and applications with less stringent torque control requirements.
