Screw Feeder Features

Quicher Screw feederExpress Assembly Products has a variety of screw feeders that are flexible, time saving tools designed to increase productivity.  These screw feeders can handle a wide variety of screw sizes and types, including screws with washers, and can feed up to two screws per second.

The Quicher Precision Screw Feeder

Features:

  • Works with screw sizes from M1.0 – M3.0.
  • Works with screw lengths up to 20mm.
  • Able to handle screws with attached plain or lock washers and non-standard head styles.
  • Feeds one to two screws per second.
  • Works with standard screwdriver bits.
  • The horizontal screw feeding design keeps screws from jamming the machine.

Operating the Quicher screw feeder is easy.

Pour screws into the hopper where they are automatically lined up.  The horizontal screwfeeding mechanism prevents the screws from getting stuck and the Quicher feeds up to two screws every second.
