CL Series
The CL series air torque screwdriver is a full auto shut-off clutch screwdriver. To start the driver the user simply uses the ergonomically located lever. The screwdriver's bit stops turning once the torque setting is reached ensuring repeatable accurate torque.
The CL series air torque screwdriver includes the following features:
- Patented MCL cross switch motor that provides 30% more power and torque.
- Color torque system that allows assembly line users a visible torque identifier. Each screwdriver is provided with a torque cover to ensure that torque settings are not modified on the assembly line.
- An ergonomic design grip made of thermoplastic elastomeric for a comfortable feel with a non-slip “Top Wave” design.
- Rapid push change bit system makes the bits easy to change.
- Easily accessible forward and reverse ring
- A hanging ring that allows this tool to hang from a spring balancer above work location. (See figure)
CL Series Screwdriver
CS Series
The CS series air torque screwdriver is a cushion/slip clutch screwdriver. Its clutch slips once the torque setting is reached. Common usages for this screwdriver are tapping screws and applications with less stringent torque control requirements.
The CS is our newest model slip/cushion lever to start screwdriver and boasts the following features:
- Patented MCL cross switch motor that provides 30% more power and our patented low vibration MCL torque clutch.
- An ergonomic design grip made of thermoplastic elastomeric for a comfortable feel with a non-slip “Top Wave” design.
- Rapid push change bit system makes the bits easy to change.
- Easily accessible forward and reverse ring
- A hanging ring that allows this tool to hang from a spring balancer above work location. (See figure 2)
SL Series
