Workstation Stand
Air Workstation Stands are ideal for keeping the work environment clutter free and protecting your tool investment by suspending it above the assembly process.
The Air Workstation Stand comes in column lengths of (36, 42) inches and arm lengths of (18, 24, 30) inches. The arm can rotate around the column 180 degrees.
All of our Air Workstations come with Recoil and Supply air hoses as seen in the figure below.
Workstation stands use a spring balancer to hang the assembly tool; the spring balancer is adjustable to reduce operator fatigue. To choose the correct spring balancer for your assembly applications make sure that the work tool's weight is within the weight range of the spring balancer. For example, for a work tool that weighs 1 lb choose our SA-2201 Spring Balancer with a weight range between .6 and 1.8 lbs.
Please note that our Air Workstation Stands come with a slider to attach the Spring Balancer to the arm but they do not come with torque drivers or spring balancers. (These are Sold Separately)
