Non Shut-off Oil Pulse Tools
The IPW non shut-off series oil pulse torque screwdrivers are available in inline, angle and pistol grips. The bit on these drivers stops turning once the torque setting is reached, at this point the tool will continue to pulse with a slight reaction. To start the driver the user simply applies a light pressure on the screwdriver's lever.
The IPW non shut-off series oil pulse torque screwdrivers include the following features:
- High torque ranges with a +-5% accuracy
- High RPM rundown reducing total fastening time
- Minimal reaction impulse during rundown and after the set torque has been reached
- Once the set torque has been reached the tool's reduced reaction alerts operator that fastening is completed
- Due to Oil Pulse mechanics very little torque reaction is transferred to operator reducing fatigue and increasing productivity
- Forward and reverse switch is easy to reach
- Comes with exhaust silencer for operator's comfort
- Great tools for consistent joint conditions
- A hanging ring allows this tool to hang from a spring balancer above work location. (See figure 1)
