Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to the Express Assembly Products LLC website and may differ from retail store policies

• If you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of original purchase. A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued upon receiving and inspection of the goods. Goods should be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received by the customer in order for a full refund to be issued. The return must be sent prepaid by the customer. Please include the original paperwork/invoice, the reason for the return, your name, address and daytime telephone number and/or email address. Up to a 15% restocking fee will be charged, per screwdriver. • Any and all defective materials that are the result of a manufacturing error or poor workmanship will be replaced free of charge pursuant to the manufacturer’s warranty replacement guidelines.
• Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB: Amherst, NH prepaid.
