What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, money orders, company PO (once credit references have been received by Express Assembly Products), checks and wire transfer. We also accept payment via our Pay Pal account (account e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org).
International orders must be prepaid before the items will be shipped.
What are my shipping costs?
Shipping charges for orders within the Continental United States is a flat fee of $7.50 for orders under $50.00 and $12.99 for orders over $50.00 for UPS Ground Shipping or the actual shipping cost for UPS Red (overnight) or UPS Blue (two day) shipping.
Customers requiring products shipped to locations outside of the continental United States will be billed actual shipping costs. We will be happy to use your own UPS account number to cover the shipping costs.
How long is the warranty?
Our warranty period is one year for all parts and labor.
How will I receive my order?
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground, Insured.
What is your Return Policy?
You may exchange or return products within 30 days as long as it is in its original condition (no scratches, missing parts, missing boxes, etc.).
In the event that parts or goods are required to be returned for any reason, such as repair, warranty, service, lack of satisfaction, etc. You (the customer) are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization or “RMA” for short. Click here for more information on our Return Policy.
