Our air shutoff nut runners are designed to be mounted onto torque arms, assembly spindles or robotic systems. Their bodies are made of metal and have flat sides for clamping that protect the tool’s interior. In addition, this allows for easy integration with assembly machines.
The SMP series has a shutoff clutch and starts when pressure is applied to the bit of the screwdriver. The SMP/E.O series also has a shutoff clutch and starts when pressure is applied to the bit. Furthermore, the SMP/E.O series has the added protection of an external exhaust outlet for work environments and clean room protection.
Depending on your assembly application’s design, our nutrunners can also be customized to run in either direction at the start of air flow (please call for more information on customization).
All of our nut runner models feature forward and reverse modes, as well as come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year warranty.
