The EAA-CTDS is Electric Torque Screwdriver with advance torque readout system. It uses our premium brushless torque clutched screwdriver technology that has an additional smart torque readout and screw counting function. The torque readout system provides instant torque values that can be captured via computer with our Data Acquisition Software System. The additional screw counting functionality assures that user has inserted the correct number of screws without stripping or any cross-threading. The clutched screwdriver assures that the set toque is reached within a +- 3% accuracy. The EAA-CTDS provides a visual system to aid the user as well as an integrated computer transmission system (data transmission RS232) that can be used to capture torque settings. In addition to the torque readout, the EAA-CTDS system can also provide the following Input/Output capabilities:
