The EAA-SD11 is a Screw Setter (also know as a Screw Saker Tray) made for screws with a thread diameter between 1.7 – 2.0 mm in sizes. Setters are an excellent way of keeping fasteners separated, positioned, and ready for pickup with a magnetic bit or with a screwdriver vacuum pickup system.

Description
Screw Setters keep fasteners separated, positioned, and ready for pickup with a magnetic bit or or with a screwdriver vacuum pickup system. Place a handful of fasteners (around 24) on the tray of the Screw Setter and shake tray until the screws settle into the holes head up. Using the Screw Setter greatly improves the efficiency of the operator picking up small hard to handle screws.
