Torque Arms and Torque Reaction Arms

Torque Arms or Torque Reaction Arms absorb the torque produced by assembly tools reducing operator fatigue and increasing overall productivity. At torque ranges higher than 80 in-lbs we strongly suggest using a Torque Arm.

These systems also have the added benefits of keeping the work environment clutter free, and protect your investment by suspending the work tool above the assembly process.

Tool Stands and Tool Arms

Tool Arms are ideal for keeping the work environment clutter free. We offer electric and air Tool Arm stand packages with columns lengths of 36 or 42 inches and arm lengths of 18, 24, or 30 inches that allow for 180 degrees of motion. Tool arms stands use a spring balancer to hang the assembly tool. The balancer is easily adjusted to reduce operator fatigue.
